Medals can be mounted either court style (initiated by Queen Victoria because she didn’t like the noise of medals jangling together as her courtiers bowed to her when she passed) or swing style.

All medals are mounted to strict MoD specifications and ribbons are machined down and hand finished. No glue or sticky tape is used in any part of the process.
